Prices

The prices stated on this website are in New Taiwan Dollars. Unless there is an obvious error, by accepting your order you agree to pay the price shown on this website. We endeavour to ensure that all prices shown on this website are accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all prices are correct and reserve the right to correct any errors. If we discover that the price of any product you have ordered is incorrect, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will have the choice of reconfirming or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as a cancelled order.

Acceptance of Order

When you enter your personal details, payment details and submit your order, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the order. This email only confirms receipt of the order and does not constitute acceptance of the order. When we send you an email confirming that the goods have been shipped, your order has been accepted and your contract with us is complete. Only the goods listed in the confirmation email sent when the goods are shipped are included in the contract.

We reserve the right not to accept an order for any reason at our sole discretion. Reasons include but are not limited to one of the following:

a) The item you ordered is out of stock or has been withdrawn because it does not meet our quality standards or because one or all of the ordered items are subject to delivery restrictions.

b) We discovered an error in the price or product description

c) We were unable to obtain payment authorization

d) You do not meet the purchase qualifications set out in the Terms of Service

If there is any problem with your order, our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery and Collection

When you place an order on the website, you will receive an estimated delivery time. Our team will do their best to complete the delivery within the estimated time, but we cannot guarantee that the goods will be delivered to you within the estimated time.

We insure each order during the shipping process until the goods are delivered or collected. When picking up the item, you will be asked to sign a confirmation of receipt. Once you sign, you will be responsible for the item. If the person picking up the item is not the original purchaser, or if the item is a gift, you accept the signature of the above person as proof of delivery and that we have completed your order and accept the transfer of responsibility. We reserve the right to update our delivery policy at our discretion without prior notice.

Returns

We want to provide you with the best online shopping experience, so we have a free, no questions asked return policy. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the item, you can return the item for a full refund.

a) Customers can return items within 7 days of ordering.

b) Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn/used, in their original branded box and bag, with all price tags intact.

If you wish to return an item, please complete the return form you received upon delivery and return it to our address along with the item in its original packaging. If you do not have your purchase form, please call our Customer Service team and we will email it to you.

Please note that shipping costs are not refundable for returns.
